Building a nightclub or restaurant in Miami and incorporating award winning nightclub design and restaurant design is not an easy task. You get off the plane from Detroit, Denver or wherever with a vision. Your vision is to create and execute your particular brand of ” I have the golden ticket”. I have seen this for a decade. Truthfully, when clients come to our studio we usually give them a dose of reality and free advice which is unanimously, “GO HOME AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.” We have made a mini career as bailout guys. it is the three F’s that we will not provide. F*CK it, fix it and forget it! I say this. “If you have the money to do it twice, than you can afford to do it right the first time.” We have helped build, and not in any order. Don’t take anyones word on who they worked for, what there role was or how groovy their office is. You are liable to end up finding yourself meeting on someone’s dining room table.
